License & usage
Every icon is designed to give your next project a distinctive identity. Before purchasing, please review the licensing terms below to understand what is included and how your icon can be used.

Non-exclusive license
A non-exclusive license is included with every standard purchase. This license allows you to use the purchased icon for one personal or commercial product, application or brand, including its associated website, social media accounts, marketing materials and promotional content. The creator retains ownership and copyright of the original design. Because this license is non-exclusive, the icon may also be licensed to other customers. Purchasing a standard license does not grant ownership or prevent other businesses from using the same icon.
Exclusive rights license
Eligible icons may be purchased with an exclusive rights license. After an exclusive license is purchased, the icon will be permanently removed from future sales and will no longer be offered to new customers. The purchaser receives exclusive rights to use the icon for the specified product or business, subject to the licensing agreement. Any non-exclusive licenses issued before the exclusive purchase remain valid. The exclusive license does not revoke or restrict those existing customers’ rights. Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, copyright and intellectual property ownership remain with the creator. An exclusive rights license grants exclusive future licensing rights, subject to existing licenses, and does not transfer copyright ownership.
Usage restrictions
Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the original source files.
Upload the icon to stock marketplaces, icon libraries or digital asset repositories.
Claim authorship of the original artwork.
Sell or distribute the icon as part of another icon pack, template or digital asset collection.
Use the icon for products or businesses beyond the scope of the purchased license without obtaining additional permission.
Intellectual property
All original artwork, copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with Vaughn unless expressly transferred through a separate written copyright assignment agreement. Purchasing an exclusive rights license does not constitute a transfer of copyright.
Third-party infringement
Every effort is made to create original icon designs. However, we cannot guarantee that third parties will not independently produce similar designs or unlawfully reproduce, imitate or misuse purchased artwork. We agree to honor the licensing rights granted under each purchase but do not guarantee absolute marketplace exclusivity or assume responsibility for unauthorized actions by unrelated third parties.
Not for sale
Certain icons are displayed exclusively as portfolio pieces and may be marked “Not for sale” or “Display only.” These designs are not available for purchase, licensing or download. Displaying an icon in the portfolio does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute or use the artwork without prior written authorization. All rights are reserved.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once payment has been completed and the purchased files or access have been delivered. Refunds, cancellations, exchanges and partial refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased files, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
